Project management/building supervision Management of the entire design, engineering and, if necessary, the building process can be carried out by our consultants. For ship owners, governments and financial institutes, the building process in progress can be monitored in relation to the contract, the contract price and the specifications. Monitoring of trials and deliveries are are also included in our service package. Cost estimates/second opinion Assistance is rendered with drawing up of cost estimates and tender documents as well as with the evaluations of bids, selection of shipyards to be contracted and contract negotiations. Second opinion cost estimates, often required by financial institutes can also be undertaken. Feasibility studies of maritime projects The technical feasibility of marine projects can be evaluated after which the cost price and the economical aspects are reviewed. Arbitration It happens that for example a ship owner and a shipyard end up in a conflict with regard to the new building of a vessel.
