Nowadays engineering involves more than just providing a good design and all relevant drawings. It forces the designer to understand the entire building process from the first sketch up to and including trials.

 

Basic Design services are:
  • layout of technical spaces such as: engine and pump rooms
  • propulsion and drive trains
  • system diagrams incl. equipment and fitting specifications, and technical details
  • material takeoff (basic)
  • technical specifications

 

Additional Detailed Design services are:
  • pipe and equipment arrangements such as: 3-D piping model for design and eBrowser model for review
  • detailed product information such as: ISOs, final material lists, fitting lists, pipe lists, etc.
  • product information and material takeoff with summary and COG

 

Recent projects in this field are:
  • detailed design of a Purse Seiner
  • basic and detailed design of a Floating Storage and Offtake unit (FSO)
  • basic and detailed design of heavy lift vessels
  • complete detailed piping of chemical and product tankers
  • engine and pump rooms for several vessels incl. yachts
