Through the years the staff of Vuyk Engineering Rotterdam has evolved into designers of vessels for special duties.

These vessels are often workhorses for the dredging and offshore industry or for heavy lift shipping.

From the very start of the design the demands and expectations of the ship owner play a central part in the approach to be taken to deliver a tailor-made concept.

Extra attention is paid to the loading and unloading systems and provisions, so they will become an efficiently integrated part of the ship and engine room installations. The design is shaped with the aid of modern techniques and special software.
